Why your Mercedes-AMG needs PPF

Why an AMG specifically needs PPF.

Manufaktur paint adds £5–15k to an AMG order, and the deeper colours (Cardinal Red, Hyacinth Red, Manufaktur Velvet Brown) re-spray badly. AMG GTs sit low — splitter and lower bumper risk on every speed-bump. G63s see school-run and country-driveway use that chips the front grille and bonnet. PPF protects the spec-uplift money you spent at order.

For most Mercedes-AMG owners: Full Front (saloons) or Full Coverage (GT / Black Series / Manufaktur).

C63, E63 and GLC 63 owners typically go Full Front — bumper, bonnet, fenders, mirrors, headlights. AMG GT, GT Black Series and any Manufaktur-spec AMG we recommend Full Coverage. G63 owners often add lower-body and rocker coverage given off-road use.

Does PPF affect Mercedes-AMG warranty?

No. PPF is non-permanent surface protection and does not affect AMG factory or extended warranty. We provide install documentation for your service file.

Can you cover G63 brush guard and side step paint?

Yes — clear film over body-coloured brush guards and side steps. Particularly common for off-road or country-house G63 use.

Will the film show on AMG Cardinal Red / Hyacinth Red?

No — properly installed XPEL Ultimate Plus is virtually invisible on Manufaktur colours. We do a hand-pull check on a non-critical panel at consultation if you want to see for yourself.

Do you offer covered transporter pickup for AMGs?

Yes — enclosed pickup across the country. Common request for GT Black Series and Manufaktur-spec deliveries.
