XPEL Prime XR Plus is a multi-layer nano-ceramic window film — the closest thing to "factory-spec premium tint." Ceramic particles in the film reject heat and UV without the metallic interference that disrupts GPS, mobile and toll signals. Lifetime warranty backed by XPEL on the film itself.

Why drivers tint.
Looks sharper
Cleaner, more aggressive exterior. Hides cabin clutter and finishes the lines of the car the way the designers intended.
Real privacy
Eyes off the cabin and anything stored in it. Useful for daily commuters as much as for higher-value cars.
Less glare, less heat
Quieter on the eyes on long motorway runs. Drops interior heat soak ~60% and keeps trim from fading prematurely.
UV blocking
Blocks ~99% of harmful UV — protects driver, passengers, leather and plastics. Skin and dashboard both keep their colour.
Pick your % VLT.
VLT (Visible Light Transmission) is the measure: lower number = darker tint. UK law requires 70%+ on front-side windows; rear and behind-driver have no legal limit.
Light tint
UK-legal on every window including front. Subtle privacy; mostly UV/heat-blocking benefits.
Medium tint
Rear-only. Daytime driver still has clear visibility out; a noticeable shade from outside.
Dark tint
Rear-only. The popular default — privacy without going pitch-black, still visible at night.
