The 911 is the car we protect more than any other. From 991.2 GT3s to 992 Turbo S Cabriolets and air-cooled 993s, we've fitted XPEL film to dozens of them at our Watford bay — including our own director's cars.

Most 911 owners we look after fall into two camps: weekend drivers protecting a long-term keeper, and Turbo/GT3 buyers who want film on before the first track day or 1,000-mile drive.

Where we put film on a 911

The panels we cover most often on a Porsche 911: front bumper, leading edge of the bonnet, headlights (PPF over them, not just PPF round them), front wings up to the door shut-line, A-pillars, mirrors, rocker panels (the 911's wide rear quarters take stone strikes), and the rear arches behind the wheels.

Model-specific things to know

  • Headlight PPF. 992 LED headlights are a £4k+ pair if pitted. We wrap them in clear film as part of every front-end install.
  • The PDK shifter and centre console (interior PPF). A surprising request — but the painted plastic on 991/992 dash trim chips easily. We can wrap interior trim too.
  • Rear arches. Rear-wheel-drive 911s collect stone-blast on the rear arches behind the wheels. Track Pack film here pays for itself.
  • GT3/RS aero. Splitters, swan-neck wings and louvres need bespoke pattern cuts — XPEL's plotter library covers most modern 911 trim levels but the underside of a GT3 wing needs hand-cut work.

Indicative ranges — final quote depends on the exact spec, paint condition and any add-ons. The numbers below assume good paint condition with no pre-existing chips that need touch-up first.
